Located along the section of Highway 212 known as the Warrior Trail, Broadus has been described as the “Gateway” or “Crossroads” of Southeast Montana. The Powder River is near the town along with Custer National Forest. The population is 456, lies 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Miles City, MT. It is known for its exceptional mule deer hunting.
