Hi! I'm Bryan. Thanks for taking the time to read my story...
I was born in Mayville, North Dakota. Most of my childhood days and extended family is rooted there. I grew up in a large farmhouse, where I spent many of days playing board games and cards with Grandpa Pederson.
At age 11, my mother moved me and my 3 siblings to Miles City. During that summer I became a cowboy for the Nybo Ranch, where I worked each summer thereafter for 8 years. (And yes, that's where the muley in the above photo was taken from :)
During the school year I worked at Miles City Sports Center. Unknowingly, sporting goods would become my passion and ultimately my career for the next 35 years. I began as a high school sales person and ended up owning and operating Universal Athletic Miles City.
This experience educated me in every detail of commercial business. From conception to negotiating a buyout, I've been there done that. That is what makes me a great candidate for commercial real estate. Simply put, I understand it.
What brought me to real estate you ask? Well, it's a rather long story, so I will leave that at Faith & Reason. Everything happens for a reason and I have faith that God's plan for me now is this. I was licensed in 2014 under the supervision of my daughter. The first two years in real estate have proved to be a great new adventure with 20 residential sales, 6 closed commercial sales and 3 closed ranch transactions. I continue to enjoy walk in clientele on a daily basis and am looking forward to 2017.
So....On a lighter note, this is my cute brunette wife Shannon...
